Brief Description of Business Case: Client was under a government request to use an 8(a) certified firm for a portion of their outsourced services.   The Client was currently outsourcing the onsite help-desk personnel for their network and software platforms.   Help Desk personnel responded to issues from software and network users in the medical center with 539 beds, and over 4,600 employees.

Feasibility:  Client negotiated with a Tucker Technology—an 8(a) certified firm, the use of their resources to recruit and manage help-desk personnel that met all of the specific technical training and credentials outlined in the official RFP.
